Hey gals! I am back with another review :D. This is the last step for my C-T-M routine i.e. the moisturising part. Liz earle Skin Repair Moisturiser™ Normal/Combination is used after Liz Earle Cleanse & PolishHot Cloth Cleanser and Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic. Since I have dry combination skin which tends to get a bit oily in the summers and patchy and flaky dry in the winters I thought of trying out this variant out of the three Liz Earle provides for different skin types.

WHAT IT CLAIMS: “This perfectly balanced moisturiser softens, smoothes and conditions skin for a naturally healthy glow.

MY EXPERIENCE: I have incorporated this as a night cream as I find it a tad heavy for using it in the day time in hot and humid climate (yes we are still getting occasional rain in scorching heat). However, with the winter months approaching I would be able to use it the daytime too. I have been using it for the past 1 week regularly and here is my view on this product.
WHAT I LIKED:
- It is a thick rich cream and you only require a pea-sized amount to cover the whole face and neck.
- It has got a very mild and pleasant smell which is very relaxing to the senses.
- Very moisturising and leaves skin soft and supple.
- I think the price is quite justified as the 50ml jar would last really long.
- It contains natural ingredients and is free from chemical preservatives or parabens.
WHAT I DIDN’T LIKE:
- It takes a little time to get absorbed fully.
- Tends to make skin oily in increased humidity.
- Non availability in India and relying on online shopping.
VERDICT: As you might have guessed by now, I am really satisfied with this product. If you are looking for a rich, moisturising cream for normal/combination skin then you must try this one.
RATINGS: 4.5 out of 5

ReplyDelete@Shrilata Thanks dear! :)
ReplyDeleteI have combination and sensitive skin. It's been hard to find a skin product for me. Recently I've been looking for a cream to use for both during the day and night. I have tried the Made from Earth Vitamin C Moisturizer one for a week and am absolutely in love with this. And its organic without chemicals! When I put it on, it feels light and refreshing with no scent.
ReplyDeleteIt has the perfect amount of moisturizer so my face feels hydrated and I don't need to constantly reapply nor wiping oil off my face. I have not found any other product fits my skin so well and I'll stick with this one for a while!
